Growth Mindset: Partnering for Excellence

I didn’t come this far just to come this far.  Now that I’m here, is the time to find the right partner that keeps pace with my goals – and helps take my vision to the next level.

I did not endure the climb just to stand still. Having reached this altitude, I realize that this milestone is not my destination.   My viewpoint is to seek a partnership of equals—to find a kindred spirit who keeps pace with my ambition.

In the pursuit of excellence, “arriving” is an illusion. Every goal achieved is  a reward of better tools for the next challenge. When I say, “I didn’t come this far just to come this far,” I embraced the growth mindset. Remember: The reward for solving a difficult problem is usually the opportunity to solve a more meaningful one.

The right partner is a catalyst. I am looking for a partner who brings “productive friction” to our life. They shouldn’t just agree; they should expand our horizons until the vision is larger than what we have imagined alone.
