THE ANNOYING AND PHONY CLAIMS OF THE E-MAIL LISTS MARKETEERS
When an email list based internet marketer boasts in public that he has 50,000 email addresses (or 150,000) to offer his wares for sale as e-commerce why should I believe him?
And I don’t name names…
Really.
How does this boasting marketeer know that 90% of those e-mail addresses are not directed already into their owners’ SPAM drawer?
And if the e-mail messages show up in the addressees in-box how many are opened up?
And if the message is opened up – is it read?
Comes Monday morning and every habitual e-mail addressed marketer sends some big deal to me. There is only a big rumble of noise in my e-mail in-box.
The best approach: Delete, Delete, Delete.
If that is too much – unsubscribe or SPAM.
Those mareketeers who sell Viagra are the best example. How much Viagra tablets can a man take in a day?
They are all like incurable genital herpes – annoying forever.
